Cadre Enters Juniper Networks’ Operate Specialization Program

CINCINNATI, OH - - March 11, 2009 -- Cadre Computer Resources Co. today announced it has been approved by Juniper Networks, a leading provider of high performance networking, to participate in their Operate Specialization program.  Cadre is one of the first Juniper partners in North America to be authorized to perform this service.

Under Juniper’s Operate Specialization program, Cadre will provide technical telephone support on all Juniper Advanced Security technologies. The Juniper Networks Partner Operate Specialization program is an enhancement of the previous JNASC program. Under the new program, there are stricter requirements regarding service performance and technical certifications. The Juniper Networks Service Specializations are designed around an enablement methodology that allows partners to strengthen their customer relationships as a trusted advisor.

Cadre's world-class support engineers are headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio with resources throughout the Midwest.  In Cincinnati, as well as in other Cadre locations, Juniper products have been integrated into a multi-site lab network in order to permit live demonstrations, bench testing, customer problem duplication, and hands-on learning.
